Trinidad Carnival Costume - by Nicolette Billings
Venetian Couple - by Sharon Maggott. It was really fun to shed the restraints of historical costume and go a bit over the top! I used fabrics and trims I wouldn't normally use, such as the torchon lace spray-painted gold and used down the front of Milady's dress and Milord's coat and the gold paint and fingernail transfers on their faces.
