Tips/Hints
- Glitter pourer - Cut a drinking straw at an angle to about 3 inches long. Glue the straight edge of the straw to a small piece of cardboard (to seal the end). Then this can be used to scoop up the glitter and pour so that it only goes where required. The cardboard end makes a stand it up so both hands can be used to apply glue to the next area. Use the excess straw pieces to make more pourers, so that different colors are available. Scoop straws with milkshakes or whatever are already perfect for this; just cut down.
- Work over an inexpensive paper plate, one that can be folded for getting all the glitter in one area, and then it can be scooped or poured back into the container. Or instead of using paper to catch the excess glitter, use waxed paper- the glitter doesn't cling to the paper so much and it slides smoothly back into the "pouring container" to re-use.
